I've been put in charge of seeking out a replacement artist at my job. This is the ad I posted.

"If you are stuck in graphic design job, and are looking for more creative work and you have the ability, this is an awesome opportunity to break yourself out from a dull, listless, boring future of designing brochures and flyers. ;) Mmmm.... snooty.
Please forward website/portfolio link if available. If you don't have one... why don't you?"
