Art: Band Tee, New Tee Sketch, Threadless Junk, Revamp & 40-45 Grand.

Shirt for a band, if they don't buy, I've designed it in a way, I can just take out the name and use the design for myself or another customer.

A sketch for a new shirt for my own line, or once Im finished, Im pretty sure I could sell it to a tattoo shop. Im thinking Id like to come out with a line of artsy, semi-edgy, tattoo tees to merchandise in tattoo shops.

Im thinking Ill probably be doing some marketing on Threadless. Not only would it promote my work, there's a chance I could win money and tees. This one has a slogan, but Im keeping it on the DL.

I also have a one color version of this. Just playing around with old art. I only printed a few, I need to get full use of out the design and sell it.

________

So we have a interview-ee, he says he's been offered 40-45,000 for a similar job I do elsewhere, but I am artistically better and probably more skilled at many other things. My manager tells me this. Im thinking...

1. The interviewee is lying and wants more money from us.
2. The interviewee is not lying, and I can easily write my own ticket and go elsewhere if I want to earn more money, cause I certainly don't get 45,000 salary. Though, thats just money, not hours, benefits, work environment.

One thing that gives me solace about going out on my own is that I feel that I could easily get another job equivalent or actually higher paying with my abilities. I've been proactively moving my pawns on the chessboard for just that eventuality.
