I didnt know it was THE MOST MISERABLE DAY EVER, until my peers at work told me about it. Now Im gonna go home and listen to Damien Rice or Julie Dorion and weep quietly whilst staring off into the stark emptiness and solitude that is my apartment.

His advice could not be more timely as tomorrow Britain will reach what, according to a scientific formula, is the most miserable day of the year. Tattered new year resolutions, the faded buzz of Christmas, debt, a lack of motivation and the winter weather conspire to create a peak of misery and gloom.

I found a HILARIOUS British comedian. It's not safe for people who want to be sheltered from crassness/vulgarity/etc.
