New BLOG-NEWS Location!

Took a day off work. I always feel guilty though. Nevertheless I was working anyways.

I reformated and reinstalled Windows, and all my programs. Everything is running VERY smoothly. It's amazing how a reformat will revitalize a computer.

Exciting times. I got my heat transfer printer and tested it today. This is a image of my first practice transfer. Its about 6 inches wide. The colors are much more vivid. My plans are to use it to embellish some shirts with some stitched colored images.

I've also revamped the website a little. This blog is probably the future location of any new art updates, and general blogs.

Im really excited about the new year. I have many plans, many new exciting projects to participate in.

Im working with Samantha Callahan on a collaboration piece. We really don't have a direction just yet, but I've started a drawing of a deer and swirlies. My hopes are that we will combine our different styles and come up with something pretty rad. I think the art community will appreciate our effforts if we succeed. Maybe we will start a trend? ;)

Im also planning on working with Alesandra Bellos of AskApparel.com because I need her expertise with natural dyes to embellish some tees I will be creating. I like the soft, natural colorings that her shirts have.

What else? Oh yeah, I've recently sold 2 Lovebird shirts, so there's $2 to a Cancer Research Charity! I hope I can grow my sales and business that way, I can help others.

For the men's tees, although I havent decided, I feel led to donate a portion to funding an Abused Children Charity. Im still investigating.

Here's the beginning of the collaboration piece with Samantha, although, Im not quite sure what it will end up being.
